The Steelin’ Dan Seven-Piece Band features seven members of Steelin’ Dan, northern California’s award-winning 10-piece Steely Dan tribute band. Steelin’ Dan has been performing throughout California and Northern Nevada for over 20 years and has developed a large and enthusiastic fan base. The band has been critically acclaimed in the media and was awarded the 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 Sammie 
Award for Best Tribute Band by the readers of Sacramento News and Review a Best of Sacramento Award by Sacramento Magazine. Steelin’ Dan was inducted into the Sammies Hall of Fame in 2018. Steelin’ Dan has headlined shows at the Crest Theatre, the Harris Center, the Grass Valley Center for the Arts, the Sweetwater Music Hall, the Mystic Theatre, Yoshi’s, and the Sofia Theatre.

The Steelin’ Dan Seven-Piece Band features the Steelin’ Dan rhythm section, lead singer, and sax player and presents a unique take on the music of Steely Dan in a scaled-down format for smaller venues.
